Whether you are a customer based in Germany or elsewhere in Europe is irrelevant. We deliver throughout Europe and offer services all the way through to customs clearance for countries outside of the European Union. You simply take receipt of the ordered goods at the time requested.
We aspire to offering our customers high availability of stainless steel products in all the common grades and dimensions. We ensure this on the basis of average inventory levels of 20,000 tonnes of stainless steel. Our customers can therefore rely on excellent security of supply. In addition: we load and unload lorries swiftly and gently thanks to lowered loading bays and crane systems which are perfectly tailored to our warehouses.
Our shipping staff are equipped with hand scanners and scan every product during order picking. This is our way of ensuring that the right goods are picked with accuracy and an order is ultimately complete.
