Pre-booked time slots ensure smooth processes

As a forwarder, please note that you must reserve an appropriate time slot for your trucks before loading or unloading. To do this, simply send an e-mail with the loading reference (collection) or delivery note number (delivery), the truck's registration number and the desired time (date, time) to logistic@az-zwick.com.

Our logistics experts will process your request as quickly as possible. You will then receive a brief confirmation and an unloading reference for deliveries. If no suitable time slot is available, we will coordinate possible alternatives with you.

The central registration point for lorries is located at Bandstahlstraße 30. Please take the right-hand entrance on the side facing the warehouses, stop at the barriers and register at our shipping office with your loading or unloading reference. 

Please understand that loading or unloading at short notice is not possible without a corresponding time slot.
